Pete Ham and Tom Evans. However, VH1's inability to interview any of the Beatles for a
Badfinger "Behind the Music" segment reportedly kept the show in limbo, but the show's
producers were apparently able to coax some comments from Paul McCartney, mostly
during interviews last fall to promote his "Run Devil Run" album. There's no word yet on
when VH1 plans to finish and subsequently air the Badfinger episode.

The trio of coats worn by the mop-tops on the cover of their 1967 classic, "Sgt. Pepper's
Lonely Hearts Club Band," are part of a new "Rock Style" exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum
of Art in New York City. "Rock Style" will be on display at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in
New York City as part of a joint project between the Met's Costume Institute and the Rock and
Roll Hall of Fame. The missing Beatles jacket is George Harrison's vermilion number which
was not available for undisclosed reasons. Still, the exhibit is being billed as the first time that
any of the "Sgt. Pepper's" jackets have been on public display together.
Also part of the exhibit, which is divided into five separate thematic areas, are a shredded
Union Jack coat worn by David Bowie, Madonna's famed cone-shaped bustier, black Fiorucci
jeans from Bruce Springsteen's "The River" tour, KISS' 1976 "Destroyer" tour outfits, a 1967
Carnaby Street jacket from Mick Jagger, David Byrne's big-man suit from the Talking Heads'
"Stop Making Sense" tour and clothes that once belonged to Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Elton
John and Courtney Love. "Rock Style" is slated to run through March 19 at the Met and then
